Last month I had the opportunity to go to New York with my Mom and sisters. It was the ultimate girls trip! The main purpose of our trip was to see Broadway shows, but we also found time to shop, visit friends, and take a class at the Broadway Dance Center! We made lots of memories and I fell in love with the city all over again!
Seeing the shows on Broadway this season was so inspiring. We saw: The Great Comet, Come From Away, Dear Evan Hansen, 1984, Bandstand, Sweeney Todd & Waitress. I honestly could not pick a favorite one. They each had something different to offer and I was inspired by each one in a completely unique way! I probably had the most personal “awe-inspiring” experiences during The Great Comet and Sweeney Todd, but like I said I still could not pick a favorite! I don’t feel like I can go into details about each show right now – it would probably be a ten page blog post – but I am happy (actually I would LOVE) to discuss the shows further with anyone interested. Give me a e-mail here or a DM on Instagram if you want to geek out on theatre talk!
Now for my next favorite thing about NYC -clothes! This is a maternity outfit from the brand “A Pea in the Pod.” The brand itself is pricey, and unfortunately irresistible. It might just be my new favorite maternity brand! You can buy a “A Pea in the Pod” online or at Macey’s. If you are going to splurge on a maternity outfit – I definitely recommend checking them out!
If I had to pick an all-time favorite maternity outfit, it would be the one posted here . It’s comfortable, flattering and so cute. (In my family we call that a “triple love.”) It was also a dream come true of mine to photograph an outfit in New York City. Yay for dreams and yay for feeling good while growing a human!
The links to the outfit and bag are at the bottom of the page. Thank you so much for stopping by!
